When Payment Is Captured

Payment is authorised and charged when you complete your order at checkout.

Orders will only be prepared for dispatch once payment has been successfully received and verified where necessary.

Payment Verification

In certain circumstances, we may contact you to request additional information or documentation to verify the payment. If verification cannot be completed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Taxes, Duties and Shipping Charges

Product prices are displayed in USD.

Product prices include applicable U.S. import duties and taxes for orders shipped to the United States.

Customers should not incur additional customs charges upon delivery for orders shipped to the United States as described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total combined weight of your order and are shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

If your order has not yet entered processing or dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible and our Refund Policy will apply.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, although some financial institutions may take longer to process them.
